What areas do the therapists cover?

We provide pediatric therapy across Durham Region and most of York Region. Each team member covers specific areas; when you book through Jane, you'll see which therapists serve yours.

Do you require a physician referral to see my child?

No, we don't require a physician referral or prescription for physiotherapy treatment.

If you have private insurance, your provider may require a prescription from your primary care provider to reimburse a claim, so check with them before the initial assessment.

Do you offer direct billing to insurance?

Yes. We direct bill in-home physiotherapy sessions to most major insurance providers. Let us know before your initial assessment and send us a copy of your coverage details.

Group classes are pre-paid, so direct billing isn't offered for them; after each class we provide a paid receipt you can submit for reimbursement.
